The Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 Ti is the top-tier graphics card in the GeForce 700 series, it features a fully unlocked GK110 GPU core with all 2880 CUDA cores, 240 TMUs and 48 ROPs. The GTX 780 Ti sports 3 GB of GDDR5 VRAM on a 384-bit bus, two DVI ports, a HDMI port and a DisplayPort and requires a 6+8pin PCIe power connector. All the usual APIs, including DirectX 11.2, OpenGL 4.4, PhysX, Surround and 3D Vision, are supported.

If you want the fastest single-GPU available, you'll have to pay for it and that's always going to be the case. At the end of the day, we really like the GTX 780 Ti OC and GTX 780 GHz Edition -- especially the latter -- but the reality is that AMD's R9 290 offers similarly rock solid results for $300 less...
